At the least you could say Rosalie is happy now. Esme says I am doing better now, too, although I like to think I am still wallowing in my self-pity. Why I let myself get me down, I am not sure, but I do.

This is it for me. I have become the thing I most feared and most hated about myself. I am a monster now.


I have been traveling a lot lately. It started out with time abroad, trips here and there. I wanted to see the world, and somehow I ended up wanting to experiment with a new way of life. I wanted to see how the others lived, which isn't so bad. I was curious, but mostly I watched from afar, never really partook in their lifestyles although they were usually more than welcoming. Most of the vampires I visited were friends of Carlisle's....

“Happy Birthday Edward!” Both Mom and Dad sag together. Today was my seventeenth birthday, they had thrown me a surprise party, well it wasn’t such a surprise anymore. There was a huge cake in the middle of the table, homemade. A couple of presents surrounded the cake, of all shapes and sizes.
“Thanks.” I told them both as Mom came in to give me a hug, and a kiss on the side of my cheek.
“My little Edwards all grown up.” She whispered in my ear. I hugged her back, until she finally released me. Then came Dad, he gave me a strong hug, and then a long look.

5. His Eyes- Yes those golden eyes that make you melt within one look.
Those that cab stare deep down your souls and recgonise every single about you. Mmmm !! 

4.His Hair- He has one of the most orginal hairstyles in the world. Bronze hair ? New to me :)
And it is so good that people can't help copying like *cough* Mike*cough*.


3.His fathering skills- At the age of 17 he seems like a pretty good father to me....
