There are so many great Emily icons, its hard to decide! But I really love this picture of Emily, she looks lovely, so I chose this one. And Susana just makes the best icons, so I really hope we can upload one of hers! :)

yeah it's a good idea, unfortunatly I can't make very good banners... lol so I just hope that we can find a new one too.
