Empty Dreams
Why do I refuse to see the light?
Shrouded by a veil of eternal dark
Solitude has robbed me of my sight
Blinded now will I ever be free of this burden?
Just once I wish I could be as free as the wind
I believe I can be free of this weight
Dream with me to find
The emptiness inside of me
Did I lose my way or get left behind?
Creulty filled my heart
How I could I have been so blind
Forive me for what I have done
Why can't I feel the gentle breeze
All the dreams I once knew are all dead and gone
Please help me face the truth
So I can feel at ease
