Lady Grey turns out pretty nice in the end as long as you're of good Alignment, Very attractive, visit her often and give her a few gifts, and do all the other quest before the one where you fight Maze first before her quest. Somehow she seems to fit in as the hero's spouse seeing as she's a special character and the next hero came from Bowerstone. Not too mention that Marring her allows you to get Ronok the Axe and if you keep her happy she'll give you gifts in return including the might Solus Sword. Besides, I love Lady Grey as a character. She has a great backstory to her.
