Fanpop Question

New Text Limit is pissing me off...a lot...

As many of us on a few clubs, WE LOVE FANFICTION.

BUT, with the new fanpop, there is now a 'text limit' AND I CANT POST MY CHAPTERS ANYMORE!?

Anyone know if they plan on fixing it, or do I have to be super pissed off for a few years before they change it?

If not, GOOD BAI FANPOP, ADIOS!

The text limit for an article is currently 65,535 characters (including any formatting characters). From the launch of the article writing feature, we have not changed this limit. At this point in time, we don't have any plans of extending this limit past 64K as there are technical challenges and considerations. If you are experiencing a limit other than this 64K hard stop (for example, an error that occurs with much fewer characters), please send me a message and I will look into it some more.

Just to provide an example of article length - your latest article at: linkis around 4-5K in length. If you are submitting articles of similar length and it isn't working, then that is not our intention and I can work with you to replicate the bug and fix it.

Problem should be fixed now. Thanks for pointing me to the forums - I was able to replicate the bug and build out a fix.
