What is a "dedicated" or "die-hard" fan? i saw that on someones profile how much do you have to do in a fan club to be a dedicated or die-hard fan?

i was checking out someones profile after giving them a prop for this article. it had the list of club she was in and underneath it said;

*dedicted fan logo* in 6 club *die-hard fan logo* in 1 club


can one explain how that works? i take she adds alot of stuff to clubs or somthing like that but how much does it take to be a dedicated fan?
