This was originally going to be an article on all sorts of hatred, discrimination and prejudice. But then I had something horrible happen to me online this morning, and I decided that I was going to focus on one, simple, hate.

Homophobia.

In my experience, it's absolutely horrible. So in this article, I'm going to discuss why you should put a stop to it, and just go through a couple of small anecdotes, expressing to you how hateful, horrible and mean it can be.

First and for most I intend no offense here. I suppose you can also call this article 'Why Maturity Is Important'. I don't hate or even dislike 12 and under users. So please don't get the wrong idea.

First and foremost I agree with it for the simple fact that rules are rules. There's an age limit for a reason.

And rules are usually in place for safety. In this case it isn't so much physical safety as it is mental safety. I have seen a vast array of young users who couldn't have been older than 8 post images of themselves all over. Okay, that's their choice, but it is a little dangerous. I don't...

The idea came to my mind when I was thinking about a possibility to change one's username without being able to change it all the time and without having to pay real money.
