[From 2015's Piece By Piece, album version / radio edit / idol version]

And all I remember is your back
Walking towards the airport, leaving us all in your past
I traveled fifteen hundred miles to see you
Begged you to want me, but you didn't want to
But piece by piece, he collected me up
Off the ground, where you abandoned things, yeah
Piece by piece, he filled the holes that you burned in me
At six years old and you know
He never walks away
He never asks for money
He takes care of me
He loves me
Piece by piece, he restored my faith
That a man can be kind and a father could stay
And all of your words fall...

Two years ago, it was all about the release of her second CD, "B'Day" and her starring role in the movie "Dreamgirls." Last year, her "Irreplaceable" was up for a top Grammy and she was on a world tour. And this year, besides a high-profile Grammy performance with Tina Turner, her hush-hush marriage to Jay-Z and appearances on hit remixes with Justin Timberlake and Usher generated headlines.

Though it may have been hard to tell, she actually did take a yearlong hiatus from recording music. "I think I did need to take a break. I honestly did," she says, sitting on a sleek chair in an even sleeker...

On Sunday, October 14th, 2012, 1990s pop sensation Paula Cole visited the Ark for a delightful presentation of all of her hits.

The evening began at 8:00 p.m. and Paula Cole and her band were as tight as nails. Most people know of Paula Cole from her days at Lillith Fair with the likes of Sarah McClaughlin in the early 1990s. Though, the theme of this evening was "Love", she also presented several cuts from her recent album, "Ithaca".

Paula Cole began the evening with "In Our Dreams". She rolled on through enthusiastically with hits like "Feelin' Love".

A tender moment in the show came when she performed Dolly Parton smash hit "Jolene".

She ended the show with a standing ovation to "I Don't Want To Wait", as well as an encore with "Where Have All The Cowboys Gone?"

It was truly an evening to remember and fans will only have to wait until she returns to the Ark.
"Safe Trip Home," like her previous two albums, is full of pleasant songs, marked by Dido's crystalline voice. Although they are all solid tracks only a few actually stand out.

It's easy to listen to Dido's records. Rarely will you find yourself annoyed by any of the tracks. Yet nearly all of them lack the hooks necessary to make them memorable. She writes and performs nice music, but unfortunately it's mostly background music.

In fact, most of the highlights on "Safe Trip Home" come from a variety of superstar collaborators, including Mick Fleetwood, ?uestlove, Citizen Cope, Jon Brion, Brian...

Either unhappy with the quality of feature-film roles offered to her recently or perhaps simply needing more money (Mac isn’t cheap), singer and actress Hilary Duff has reportedly signed a development deal with NBC to star in a new television series, as well as to make cameo appearances on several of the network’s shows.

According to Variety, the deal is for one year and will allow 21 year-old Duff to choose from various projects already in development. Once selecting the appropriate vehicle, Universal Media Studios will produce the project, which could be anything from yet another teen-themed...
