Their feud was fun but it was somewhat stop start so I'm going to re-imagine it if I was in the writing team in 1999.
It makes changes to certain events with the feud finishing later in the year but I won’t say when!

Chapter 1 - A Valentine's Surprise
In the weeks prior Mark Henry had been flirting with the lovely Debra who herself had been getting over with fans. She had recently managed her team Jeff Jarrett & Owen Hart to WWF Tag Team title success the previous week on RAW
1st February 1999 - RAW
During the show we get a promo segment with Debra
She walks out onto the stage to be interviewed by Kevin Kelly
KK: It seems like everything is going very well for you of late! Last week your team won the WWF Tag Team Championship. Everyone wants to know what is next for your team and what is next for Debra?
Debra: Kevin let me tell you honey. Yawl see that my men are the best tag team in the World Wrestling Federation right now and what's next for them?
To dominate this lil' ole tag team division and if you take their abilities combined with my irresistibility no team stands a chance!
Just then Mark Henry walks onto the stage to interrupt holding a rose. He hands it to her and she seems to enjoy getting such a nice gift. She smells it and smiles at Mark seductively.
Mark Henry: Debra you and I both know there is chemistry between us so I think its time we mix business with pleasure. So how about dinner on Valentine's Day?
Debra: (smiles) I like the sound of that. Tell me... do you think you have what it takes to give me some hot chocolate?
Mark Henry: I promise you a night to remember Debra with the kind of chocolate that melts in your mouth.
Debra walks up and whispers in his ear. They separate and smile at one another. Debra then acts innocently as Jeff Jarrett & Owen Hart attack and beat down Henry.
Jeff Jarrett & Owen Hart walk away with Debra laughing at poor Mark. She tosses the rose onto the ground as the scene ends.
13th February 1999 - RAW
We get a scene of Debra sitting backstage stroking her legs as Mark Henry looks on from a nearby monitor showing the TV feed. Despite what had happened he still
D'Lo Brown walks in whispering "Oh for god sake..."
D'Lo Brown: Snap out of it Mark! She played you for a fool the other week!
Look I get it, she's gorgeous but I promise you I've got something better for you tonight! (Mark looks away from the TV at him as D'Lo laughs and smacks his chest)
Now lets go... my match is next against Jeff Jarrett
Jeff Jarrett w Debra & Owen Hart Vs D'Lo Brown w Mark Henry
After all the entrances are done, Mark Henry licks his lips looking at Debra who smirks knowing she still has him under her spell.
D'Lo Brown grabs a microphone
D'Lo Brown: Now Mark tomorrow night we have a chance to win the WWF Tag Team Championship but I know the only thing you have on your mind right now is pretty things like that woman over there.
So I'm going to give you something to look forward to on Valentine's Day so you can focus on the match first tomorrow rather than her... and Mark, she will do anything you want!
Allow me to bring out... Ivory!
Ivory comes out to good cheers in a red dress as Mark Henry bounces for joy in the ring. Debra rolls her eyes as Ivory enters the ring and gives Henry a kiss on the cheek after hugging him. Everyone leaves the ring except for D'Lo & Jeff
The match goes for a few minutes when Jeff looks about to win. Ivory enters the ring and distracts Jeff Jarrett leading to him losing. Moments after the bell rings an irate Debra enters the ring and confronts Ivory over her actions.
Ivory not intimidated slaps Debra and after Debra fires one back they engage in a catfight with the crowd going nuts for it. The two women are quickly split up and are heard yelling abuse at one another as the scene ends.
Later on in the show Debra is seen from a distance having a mini tantrum with Jeff/Owen trying to calm her down in the backstage areas.
The camera goes around the corner of the corridor and we see Ivory, Mark Henry & D'Lo celebrating getting one over the tag champs and Debra tonight as they leave the arena.
Chapter 2 - Next Monday!
Poor Mark never stood a chance!
Ivory makes her debut in the WWF!
Has Debra met her match?

After months off our television screens, Debra made her first major appearance of the new millennium for WWE by making a surprise return at the beginning of the pay per view to warm applause from the fans who clearly had not forgotten the "Puppies"!
She was here to introduce the teams for the opening match for the WWF Tag Team Championship between the defending champs Edge & Christian taking on DX Members, X-Pac and Road Dogg Jesse James accompanied by Tori.
After this night we wouldn't see Debra again until October later in the year as she was off screens spending time with the recovering Steve Austin who also made an appearance in the Main Event between The Rock and Triple H!
