I include only Draco, Snape is in my opinion not a Death Eater.

Snape was a full fledged death eater during the first wizarding world,so yes.draco got afraid just like Regulus

Snape hasn't been a true Death Eater for a long time... And Draco never was.

They had the Dark Mark, therefore they were Death Eaters.

@LifesGoodx3 yes,you're right.the comparison was wrong.because whereas Regulus chose the right path and wanted to mend some damage,Draco,till the very end was switching sides,really not sure what to do.

No, they had the mark but weren't real Deatheaters.

Draco was new to the fold. But never truely committed 2 it. Snape was Dumbledore's man, he was no longer a legit death eater.

I know they have the dark mark, but they were never real DE, they didn't like to kill or torture people.

Draco - Yes
Snape - No

They were both Death Eaters for a time, even though Snape secretly changed sides after Lily's death and Draco realised he didn't have it in him to be as evil as required.
