I only just started watching Hellsing and already I'm hooked. The episodes are so addictive and the story line is great.I've only watched episodes 1 to 14 but i still think it is good. I have to watch the episodes on youtube cause I live in Australia and it isn't on TV.

Also, although he may be a fiction character, Alucard is hot. Does he ever get together with the main girl character (I have forgotten her name... opps) ?

ebathory I also live in Australia, and there were only 14 episodes made of the original series. However, they have re-done the storyline, titled Hellsing OVA(?) that are more similar to the comics. You can find 'em on Sidereel.

ForsakenOutcast there is differnt versions of Hellsing, the anime and the other anime that goes by the mangas. youtube is one of the best places to see it.

thethess "14" episodes? They are only thirteen episodes in the original tv series, first one is The Undead and last one being Hellfire. There are ten volumes of manga (which are different, Seras is comic relief until volume 6, Alucard and Integra are the protagonists) and OVA that adapts more or less the manga story (7 episodes ongoing, the first four were so so, the studio and director changed since episode 5 and there was a VAST improvement). Which girl? If it's Integra, then yes, it's implied (specially in the Manga... the ending was practically the icing of the cake). If it's Seras? lol no. Seras ends up with Captain Pip Bernadotte, one of my favorite couples ever.

thethess No. Thirteen. I have the DVDs, yo. I'll list them for you: The Undead Club M Sword Dancer Innocent as a Human Brotherhood Dead Zone Duel Kill House Red Rose Vertigo Master of Monster Total Destruction Hellfire And a trailer: Plasm of Darkness. Somebody in youtube doesn't know how to count when they list the episodes or manga chapters (some non-existent "volume 11" of the manga chapters popping out which is volume 10 :/). Thirteen episodes of the Alternate Universe TV series, ten volumes of the original manga which is complete (except for the prequel: Hellsing The Dawn set in 1944 which is in limbo after six chapters :( ), seven episodes of the OVA which follows the manga story more closely (but... the first four are disappointing to me, plus I dislike some of the character designs... Nakamori's hit or miss). Still I can overlook the second assassination to Integra's characterization (ugh. Why nobody can make her arc properly or design her properly except for the mangaka! /touches the manga), because they did a brilliant job (Madhouse anyway, when Satelight was kicked out after episode 4) for the Pip Bernadotte/Seras Victoria epic romance: http://img638.imageshack.us/img638/3493/seraspip.png They even have their own vocal song and T-Shirt. <3 Oh yeah, forgot the OVAs are still ongoing. Madhouse has stopped the production of episode 8 because they are remastering the first episodes Satelight did to make them more passable at least animation wise.
