In the season premiere, how will it actually play out?

Scenerio One: House and Cuddy do not go into work at all. The team is looking for House to solve the case. Wilson pays him a visit at the apartment to check what happened. No hospital scenes for them in the premiere. And the Human Resources guy appears in the second episode, 'Selfish'? And the beach, date scenes are from the third, or later?

Scenerio Two: They actually do end up going to work eventually, when she kisses him goodbye at the door in her scrubs. And they do see the Human Resources Guy, and House tells his team 'he's seeing Cuddy...mostly without any clothes on.' All this in the premiere.

Scenerio Three: House and Cuddy at his apartment, then go to the beach? No hospital scenes?
