Huddy Question

Something just popped into my head....

What was Cuddy doing at the 80's party anyway? She was obviously alone. So, was she expecting House to come or what? Why didn't she bring Lucas? I'm lost =DD Means that she came to a party, leaving her boyfriend and her kid in the hotel room..I would never do that =DD Maybe there's a simple explanation, but I just don't get it.. =D

Yeah, I know, but why would she come alone to a party? There were couples everywhere...

Oh yeah I agree^ im pretty sure at that moment whilst they were dancing, Cuddy forgot about Lucas and everyone else, and might I quote 'It's like nothing else in the world was going on'

At these conferences, even at a party, it's a chance to network with other professionals. She was probably there to schmooze with other doctors and promote PPTH. Not entirely a kid-friendly environment although she might have brought Lucas until she found out House was coming.
