TVbuddy says episode is amazing, Rachel basically steals the show and is heartwarming even for the most cynical person, and the episode sets up finale. Supposed to be powerful, and House and Cuddy will never be the same. Wow---and at first I expected nothing, not even very good writing for it, and it is supposed to be one of the best episodes ever according to the review. I'll be back when work settles down.

How's this for a finale theory? In 7x22, when House gets shocking news, Cuddy's pregnant. End of the ep, Cuddy's in a car accident (hence the signs and the spoiler). In 7x23, where House makes a decision that changes his relationship with both Wilson and Cuddy, House must decide on Cuddy's medical treatment. I think I have good news. Someone posted a tweet by Gale Tattersal who works for House (I think cinematography type stuff) in which he says "we will start Season 8 as fresh as the first day sometime in the beginning of August" I think this means there will definately be a Season 8. I'm not sure if it means they begin filming in August so there will be a later Season starting time. Usually they start in June with filming, however since RSL is on b.way till June maybe they are delaying. Posted over a year ago
