**I posted my first Huli fic earlier today and some people seemed to enjoy it, so I decided to bite the bullet and post this one as well. These are my first attempts at fanfic so let me know what you think, would love to hear your thoughts, enjoy.

For years now the rumours had been circling that a great love affair was taking place between Hugh & Lisa. There is no denying that they have a very flirtatious chemistry, but it had never been more than that. Despite what the online rumour mill reported, they had never been anything more than just friends.
Hugh, Lisa and Robert had formed a connection on set very early on, seeking out comfort from each other when times were tough. At first Robert would join in and share his miseries, but then it was just Hugh & Lisa. They would talk about everything from Hugh’s marriage problems to where Lisa should spend hiatus.
The friendship was often strained by the outside world. Interviewers asking about the intimate scenes always posed problems. For any actor is it hard to answer, if you appear to be too in favour the scenes you are a pervert, if you say you have a problem with them then you automatically hate your co-star. So at the Paley centre he answered the best he could.
Answering the question about the “kissing” scene was the longest 3 mins of his life. He knew that part of Lisa was offended by the “odd” comments, but he also had to think of his wife and kids back home watching the interview. When the interview was finally over he felt so bad for his comments that he ran down the hall after Lisa.
“Lisa, wait up.”
When she heard his voice yelling her name she stopped and turned around, the most magical smile across her face. As he got closer however she cocked an eyebrow and pretended to be indifferent towards him.
“Yes Hugh?”
Lisa could see him visibly gulp when he approached her after seeing the look on her face. He looked down at the ground, his hands gesturing that he was trying to find the right works.
“Look, I.. I….. Well.. I .. I…” he stuttered.
Deciding to put him out of his misery, Lisa stepped forward and wrapped her arms around his shoulders. “Don’t worry Hugh,” she said with a slight chuckle, “no harm done.” She heard him sigh and sink into the hug, wrapping his arms around her loosely.
She said it loud enough so that the rest of the cast and crew walking past could hear, and continue on their way with a slight giggle. When everyone had passed she decided to stir Hugh a little more, enjoying the give and take that their relationship allowed.
So she turned to whisper in his ear, “But just so you know, I still believe my memory of our kiss is more accurate.”
Before she had a chance to turn away and before he could stop himself he replied. “Oh, I know it is.”
