I don't get why people are fussing about them going to Coachella rather than go to Chicago. I personally think they even need the break more than anyone in TVD because they're probably the most popular and as a result the most sought out by media and the public eye. And the other cast members do need the exposure. They won't be able to get that when people are focused on the main trio, especially Ian and Nina.
