YAY!! Kubo himself gave the title to Bleach's new novel: "THE DEATH SAVE THE STRAWBERRY".
The author, Makoto Matsubara said that it had a big meaning in Bleach and that he got so excited when he received it from Kubo.
By reading the title, you say "Ichiruki" (because Rukia is the death and Ichigo is the strawberry), but when you read that Kubo decided the title, you say: BLESSED FANSERVICE!!! Posted over a year ago

Hi Just want to share this....
IT'S ALWAYS-------> RUKIA = ICHIRUKI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First and foremost they are the main characters in the story. Based on Ichigo's personality, he doesn't admire girls with Orihime type of personality. He wants someone equal and goes with his personality, a person who can control his sudden outbursts and a person who understand him in different situations. Orihime and Ichigo is like = Oil and water, they won't mix perfectly.
