***Edward's POV***

A second later we heard the doorbell ring and Emmett run down the stairs to see who it was. He returned a minute later holding a pizza box, the most confused look on his face.

"Who ordered pizza?" He said as he scrunched his face in disgust.

I turned on my heel and started running back towards my house, not at a out run but faster then I had been running before my cramp. I swear I could feel someone watching me, and it was distracting me from my run. I know better then to stop watching where I run..I'm always very careful when running with traffic but the feeling of someone's eyes on me had me completely distracted.

I heard the horn a fraction of a second before I turned and saw the car that I had just stepped out in front of. I knew I wouldn't have time to get out of the way, that the car wouldn't have time to stop...

I know it's been a while since I last wrote this, I'm not going to make up excuses..just say that I was frustrated with this story. Hope this is still enjoyable!! :)

"Dad, it's Charlie." I said as I handed him the phone. My Dad made a bunch of uh huh's and oh no's before he told Charlie that he would be up as soon as possible.

"We have to go to Forks, NOW" He said as he went and grabbed a jacket off the hooks by the door.

"Why?" I wondered as I grabbed my jacket and the keys.

Maria did teach me, she taught me how to kill and fight..not as I fought before but fight as a vampire. She taught me how to use my new speed, how to be stronger than anyone, and how to handle the new 'people' that she brought in.

She said that this would be my job, I would be the trainer. I would help the new ones adjust and teach them the ways, that I would be a leader. It would be my job to keep them in line, to be the enforcer...

***Emmett's POV***

My family all says that they are bored, that they are sick of the same thing everyday. Thing of it is that it isn't the same everyday, I mean yes we have to go to school which starts in a few hours...but that is another adventure.

Rosalie was running in and out of the closet as I lay on the bed watching her. She would run in, and a few minutes come out with a different outfit on..look in the mirror and turn around running back into the closet...

It was a normal Tuesday, Alice and I had just returned from school to find the house empty. Alice sighed as she opened the door and went instantly to the couch, sitting cross legged as she stared into space.

"Where is everyone?" I asked as I sat next to her on the couch.

"Carlisle is at work, Esme is out shopping...without me, and Rosalie, Emmett and Jasper went hunting." She said in a bored tone.

"Oh." I said as I went upstairs, it was obvious that Alice was not in the mood to talk or have people around.

I went into my bedroom, flopping myself down on the bed as I stared into space, wondering...
