Gunther sat in a chair at the hotel, staring at the TV all day. He drooled all over the chair and himself while Kick packed their bags later that night. He was still mad at Gunther for what he did, but now he's furious because Gunther didn't even bother to help him after Kick asked him a billion times. Gunther kept saying he had more important things to do, but all he did the whole day was sit in the chair and watch TV. He didn't even get up once all day.
Eventually, Kick had enough. He just walked in front of the TV with his arms crossed, wearing his usual steely gaze.
"What?!" Gunther asked, being rude.
"This is the 'MORE IMPORTANT' thing to do than help me?!"
"Uuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhh..........No, of course not! I was-"
"Don't try to make up any excuses, Gunther. I saw you sitting on the couch all day."
"Sorry........"
"I'm going to take a nap before we leave tonight. You should too, because if you're tired I'm not gonna stop so you can rest."
"I'm not gonna take a nap."
"Suit yourself." Kick fell onto his bed without getting under the covers and slept for a few hours.
A FEW HOURS LATER WHEN KICK AND GUNTHER LEFT THE HOTEL ROOM.......
"Kick, I'm tired."
"I told you to get some rest before we go." Kick wanted to punch Gunther in the face right now, but he didn't. He knew violence wasn't the answer. He just had to relax.
Kick sighed and said "We're going to at least get out of the apartment. After we've gone a few miles, we'll stop and rest."
"I don't know about this, Kick. What if something bad happens to us?"
"Trust me, n-"
"WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOU?! I'LL NEVER FIND MY WAY HOME AND DIE!" Gunther yelled while picking up Kick and shaking him.
"Everything's gonna be okay, Gunther. I promise. And can you put me down?"
"I trust you, Kick. Please take me home." Gunther starrted rubbing Kick's helmet, and never put him down yet.
"Come on, Gunther."

Gunther thought it looked creepy outside, which made him rather stay in the hotel until morning.
"Kick, I don't wanna go out there. It looks creepy." Kick just ignored him and dragged him outside.
"If you ever want to see your parents again, we have to go now. We stayed here too long."
"Fine....... I just know something bad's going to happen....." Gunther mumbled timidly.
"Can we-"
"Gunther, I knew you were gonna say that, so I brought doughnuts."
"WOOHOO!" Gunther started stuffing his face. Kick had a doughnut. After walking a few miles they set up a tent and went to sleep.

Kick and Gunther were in the car with Brianna and Brad, on their way to a campsite surrounded by the wilderness.
"Just a few more hours, kids!" Denise said, excited. Kick sighed, not that excited about where they were going.
Gunther patted Kick on the back. "What's wrong, Kick?"
"Remember last time?...... It's just........ I don't want to go through all that again. Plus, you almost died and you don't want that to happen, right?"
"Of cour-"
"This time stay away from high up ledges, okay?"
"Sure." Gunther was a little worried now. What IF something happened to himself or Kick? Gunther knew he would have to be more careful than usual. For some strange reason, it seemed liked going on a road trip wasn't the only thing Kick was stressed out about. He wanted to know more.
"Hold on guys. We're almost there. We have to stop for gas." Harry said with a booming voice.
