By now, I was getting a little annoyed. First Skipper had to go barging in on us, and now Private. I belly-slid over to the lock system and pressed a few buttons. I heard the satisfying click of the doors locking.
"There," I said, turning to Rico with a triumphant smile.
Rico had a strange expression on his face, and his brow was wrinkled, like he was thinking hard.
I was about to ask him if he was okay when he grabbed me around the waist, picked me up, and slammed my body onto the table.
I placed my foot on his chest. "Whoa, whoa, let's not get out of hand here," I said.
"Okay," he said meekly....

Okay, so I'm kinda trying to make this place have a little more action. I've been posting a lot of things lately, because I love Kico to death and do not want this place to die!

Turned out Marlene just needed help fixing a leak in her pipe. I had it patched up in no time.
I was mad at Marlene, though. Her stupid pipe had ruined my chance with Rico.
...My chance with Rico? What am I saying? Do I think I actually HAVE a chance? That we have a chance?
A chance to love each other?
And those questions only bring up the one I've wondered about my entire life:
