Kingdom Hearts Question

Help please.

i'm stuck on the part in KH2 where i have to fight a guy with a guiter i do not know the name of and he sommens these wierd things that i have 10 sec. to beat if i'm to fight him and beat him so can someone who is past that part in KH2 please tell how to beat those things that i have 10 sec. to beat.please.
