Some of this buzz is due to some "leaked" lyrics on PopJustice.com, which can be read in a different article on this spot.
But unfortunately (or fortunately?) these lyrics have been confirmed fake by the owner of the site.
But there ARE lyrics that have been confirmed;
From Gaga's Twitter:
