It's "Well, Here's Another Nice Mess You've Gotten Me Into!" I remember the four films like Going Bye-Bye, The Live Ghost, The Bohemian Girl, and The Bullfighters had that phrase when Stan and Ollie's bodies were tortured. Here are the films that use it:
