Leading men of Disney Article: Best and Worst

Okay okay, who hasn't rated their favorite and least favorite princes?!! Here's my personal list.

9. Shang. Ew. Enough said. I hate Mulan!

8. Aladdin. Always getting into trouble, doesn't seem trustworthy. He looks like a 13 boy going through puberty! Ick.

7. Prince from Snow White...with no name. Obviously I feel the same way the rest of you do, he doesn't have anything to him. Although, I do wonder, where did you guys get the whole lipstick thing? He's just pale. Silly hat.

6.Prince Charming. I don't have a problem with him, he's just shallow.

5. Naveen. Full of it. What makes him special?!! He doesn't do anything noteworthy!

4. Eric. I hate the Little Mermaid but he is hot. And he's willing to fight for the stupid girl.

3. Phillip. Dashing, funny, and in a good way, clueless. Plus, he's not super sticky Mr. Ultra Charm dude.

2. John Smith and John Rolfe. I LIKE THEM BOTH!!! In the first movie John Smith is hot, he's got personality, and he'll fight for her. But in the second he wimps out. So John Rolfe is my favorite in the second. I hate it when they have two good guys both in love with the gal. Grr.

1. The Beast. NO, HIS NAME IS NOT ADAM!!! *crunch* Yeah, I know someone out there came up with that idea, it's wrong. Besides, can't you come up with a better name?!! All he goes by is "the Beast." So he doesn't have an official name, he's my favorite anyway. I love him as a beast but I love him as a human prince even more. His voice is liquid gold! He fought for Belle but would do anything for her, including let her go. Truly, he is Disney's best.

MusicMaker95 @princesslullaby I didn't mean to offend. He just bores me to death. Way too cliche`. Besides, it's not moral, just, I don't like him. The whole story seems about a mile wide and a 1/4 inch deep to me. I respect that some out there like it, that's fine. Question, if he's your favorite prince why is Belle your icon? And, how do you make those your icon? I'd like a Belle one.

princesslullaby @MusicMaker95- I uploaded a Belle icon I made myself. We have a "princess of the month" at the Disney Princess site here, and Belle is the princess of the month. She's actually my least favorite princess. It's okay, I find Beast too much of a pussy when he turns nice, so, we can agree to disagree.

MusicMaker95 Cool. Obviously, Beauty and the Beast is my favorite, so yeah, I'll try to upload a pic of her. Thanks. I certainly don't mind people who disagree with me. If everyone agreed, we'd live in a boring world.

esmeralda15 i am with princesslullaby. shang is meh favorite disney prince two. along with flyn rider.

MusicMaker95 I love Flynn too. But I wrote this article before Tangled came out. He would def be #3. Still, Shang is a wuss. I'd like to know exactly when he decided he loved her. The whole story was flaky in my opinion.

MusicMaker95 Totally. I would say he has the most defined features both as a beast and a human.

faya27 You should be more detailed why you don't like most of the guys. In Aladdin's defense, he was originally supposed to be younger but Jeffery Katzenburg convinced Ron Clements and John Musker to make Aladdin a bit older. In the final cut, I think Aladdin is an adult, he is just not as muscular as the other guys. Yes, I like John Smith and JOhn Rolfe but I too, hate the fact that they have to fall for the same girl. I had the same feeling about Tinkerbell and Wendy both liking Peter Pan.

MusicMaker95 For the moment, I am considering rewriting this article because it was so...inexperienced. It was the first I ever wrote on fanpop and since then I have learned a lot. (and figured out how to add pics!)

maryksand Well, I cannot agree with your ranking, but thanks for the article anyway, it was interesting. I'm not really find of Adam whereas Shang in my opinion is one of the best developed Disney male characters and I actually love Aladdin. Glad to see love for Eric and I share your opinion on Naveen, never liked him and never saw him as something special. My favourites are Eric, Aladdin, Shang and Flynn. I also like both John Smith and John Rolfe, but I think Pocahontas deserved better than them and they deserved better than her. I hate the romance in Pocahontas to be honest.
