What Leonard Cohen song refers to cracks in everthing letting the light through?

The lyric was referenced on NPR this morning, @ 7:50 am EDT, 07/26/09, and included lyrics that said, in effect, don't try to make the perfect sacrifice, ring the bell.

The song is called "Anthem" (lyrics here: link). I believe the reference to "cracks in everything" refers to a person's "perfect facade" - and that there is no such thing. I like to think these are perfect lyrics for someone like OJ Simpson - who came across as the perfect innocent, then years down the road showed his true colors. There is a crack in everything, no matter how perfect it looks, and eventually it will come to light.

It's not Hallelujah ... it's Anthem.
