"So, evidently sometime this month Kuroshitsuji DVD #3 is going to be released and included with some episodes we've already seen, there's going to be an OVA called "Welcome to the Phantomhive House". There was an article about it in this month's Animedia magazine. One of the mods on BB.net was kind enough to translate it here.

Basically, what it is is you are viewing the entire thing from a first person perspective as if you are actually a part of the episode. "You" are a friend of Elizabeth that is simply referred to as "Lady" (and if you're not a lady, than you're shit out of luck, because...

"O-oh. Yes, sister?" Ryoga asked. I scoffed,
"Time ta' go, bro." and picked up my coat. I heard the front door click open, and Nodoka stepped inside with a broad and timid smile.
