Well it depends on how you feel about the person and whether you think he/she will care about your feelings or whether you think he/she still has feelings for you. But in the situation you have described, you probably should but I'm not sure what to say since you stated 'THEN AGAIN THEY COULD CARELESS THAT YOU LEFT' in your question...normally I'd say go ahead and tell them because most times when people cheat they don't realize how much they hurt the other person...so go for it....unless your heart tells you otherwise.
