Everyone has there own definition of love. My definition is emptiness,feeling like you can't go on without this person by your side. There is just a giant whole going straight through your heart. Some say it heals wounds,but i find that hard to believe , because if the one you feel deep feelings for is gone,missing and doesn't want you anymore,what is the point of carring on,without love happiness,and feeling complete? thats right nothing.you become depresed and you just want to be alone and sit in a dark room for the rest of your life sulking in your own personal misery that someone else caused....

Love is.....painful. It really is. Still I feel heartbroken about the situation between me, Dakota(the boy I loved), and Ashley(my friend who got to him first). But truth is, I need to just forget. Yes it still hurts but I need to find somebod else. I don't know if I should try to win him back or move on. Maybe I should be with somebody else for awhile and see if it passes. My view on love is constantly changing between two states of mind, love is a lie & love is the best thing in the world.

View One: Love is a lie. an illusion. designed so people can have something to hope for. Don't get me wrong the concept is great but I don't think it exists. If it does exist it causes more sorrow than joy. The pain of love is worse than anything else, physical or emotional. There is no love it is an illusion, there is lust & friendship but no love. Caring about someone does not mean that you "love" them.

View Two: Love is the most amazing thing in the world. It makes you ecstatically happy & it's our entire purpose in life(ok maybe that's an exaggeration). It cures everything & helps you. It is everyone's dream & the best feeling in the world. The joy of love is stronger tahn any pain.

You know pain? that sickish feeling where you wish the world would end? Pain like where you scrape your elbow and your mama kisses it and puts a bandaid on it and you completely forget about it? Pain like your grandma dies and you hurt really bad at first put that hurt is replaced by the memories of when she was around/ Pain like your best friend moves away and you think you'll never get to talk to them again until you figure out its just and hour away and you you'll be able to call them anytime.
