How do u graph a Inequality with fractions?

You would go to where positive 3 is on the graph and start there. Then you go up the y axis once and to the right of the x axis twice (because of the slope) until you can't no more, Be sure that the only time the line is solid is when your inequality sign has a line under it. That idicates that it is included. In this case, this should be a dotted line. Then you go back to positive 3, and do the opposite. Go down the y axis once and go left of the x axis twice. Do so until you can no longer do so. Once you're finish with that, you have to shade a certain part of the graph. The part of the graph you shade depends on the inequality sign you're using. For <, you must shade above the line. For >, shade below the line.
