I think so. I'm not entirely sure but I think he is! There was a big deal about how he fell madly in love with some woman in Brazil but then he apparently dunped her because he felt he needed his full mind on Doctor Who. He was also recently going out with Daisy Lowe but then they broke up apparently. So for now I haven't heard anyhting of him in a relationship!

Hopefully! I reckon he and Karen should be an item, they are so cute together, and I wouldn't be to jealous...
