What do u think this means?

So my mum and my bff's mum were talking.her mum is like,im afraid my husband is pulling a Joe Jackson.my mum is like,oh no!not a joe jackson! Her mum is like,....but that was definitely a joe jackson,all the signs point to a joe jackson.l8r they go out,and come back and mum is like, that WAS definitely a joe jackson. What do u guys think it means,im hearing it a little 2much lately...or is it just some weird grown up figure of speech?
