(AKA Nightline), this song was written by Glen Ballard, Brie Howard, David Allen Faragher (1982) for Michael's Thriller album, but failed to make the final track listing.

"When I found out it wasn't going to be on there, I just said, I'll be on the next one," said Ballard in 1999. "And the truth is, I got on the next two, which cumulatively sold over 50 million. Nearly seven months after Michael Jackson's death stunned the world, the official investigation of his death is edging toward conclusion with prosecutors prepared to seek an indictment of Jackson's doctor on a charge of involuntary manslaughter, The Associated Press has learned.
