Everyone has strengths and weaknesses, but chaos was the toughest.

and greyrat thats true but i mean with weapons and whatever sonic tails knuckles and espio usually carry and chaos doesnt usually have chaos emeralds sonic has chaos emeralds and his plane
tails has the x tornado and hyper emeralds
knuckles has whatever he uses to turn super which ive never seen
espio has shrukins or however you spell it

thats why chaos wouldnt win in my opinion i think itd be

Then think of this. It took ALL of the heroes to win against chaos. If they would go 1 on 1, they don't stand a chance against chaos. I don't like that creature, but I'm trying to be "realistic" here.

Tails would win mentally and I think overall espio would because of mad ninja skills

Tails is strong physically and mentally!!! He can LITERALLY DO anything!!

he can build weapons, too!

This depends on what strength but if your talking about strength as in durability,smarts,and strength/power that would be Tails because of what he can create.
