I have a laptop which had Windows Vista installed in it however, I didn’t like using it as I was more comfortable using Windows XP. I said this to one of my friends and he suggested me to uninstall Vista and install XP. I made two partitions, installed Windows XP in one of the partitions and Linux in the other partition. After installation, I could use Linux pretty well however, while operating in XP the speaker used to produce a very coarse sound. I tried all the ways I could to make the speakers sound right. I tried installing a new sound card as well but nothing proved to be of any help. I almost threw in towel , it was then I called the guys of Mytechgurus asking for some assistance if they could help me out.
The executive listened to my problem patiently. He asked my permission to take a remote control of my PC and he got the remote access for 4 hours. He worked on it and got it resolved. He was courteous enough to explain me the entire process. The problem was because of the installation of XP because it was not compatible with the hardware of the laptop I have. He just installed Vista in the partition which had XP and it was working properly. I am grateful to the technician from link who had sorted out my problem. The technicians are very well versed and most importantly, very well behaved. They are reliable and responsible and also, it is very easy to reach them.
