Last chapter Nathan told Haley to stay at home while he and Jamie went to visit Lydia in the care home, whilst Nathan and Jamie were at the care home Lydia’s condition worsened and Nathan rushed home to get Haley so her Mom could spend the last couple of hours she had with her daughters, what happens now?
