i need episode help please.

ok i can only remember the storyline, and its been bugging me what season and episode it it.
1)which is the episode where there is a little boy who is a lot like gibbs, his father was kidnapped like near a carousal.
2) there was another episode where the kid was a lot like tony not sure what the crime is.
3) the one where tony is sick which the plague or something like that.
