Did Vance get out before the bomb went off?

It doesn't specifically show if he did but I don't think he did because he told McGee to get out as he was walking to his office and like 5 seconds later the bomb went off

if he did get out he had to be like really fast so sadly I don't think so. Luckly for him he was more safe than McGee...
