Tenten's pov
Take a deep breath Tenten. Its only Neji. I mean he is hot but that doesn't matter. He's your team mate. He doesn't even like you. You know wat. Your right he doesn't. He's never even said 3 words to you. Okay I get it. I mean your not even there to him. I said I get it! I screamed to myself. Alright alright. Don't be so pushy. I was starting to feel like Sakura. Talking to myself.
"Lets go Ino pig. Your holding us up!" Sakura snapped getting frustrated.
"Wait FOREHEAD! I'm coming."
"Lets leave her Tenten," she grabbed my hand and pulled me downstairs.
"Uh. Hey. I have on 6inch heels. Don't be so grabby."
Sakura ignored me and went to sit next to Hinata. "So Hinata. Why'd you have to bring emotionless-neji?"
Hinata chuckled and looked over at Neji.
"I would prefer if you not refer to me as that and I don't wanna be here as much us you don't want me here," he stated.
Oh he's so cute. What if he's staring. I would never know.
Ino came downstairs. "All done." She looked at Neji. "Who invited the big ball of depression."
"He's not bothering ya'll so quit it with the jokes." I snapped rolling my eyes then leaving out pulling Neji with me.
"Who mad her angry?" Ino asked lost.
Sakura and Hinata shrugged then left out.
Neji's pov
She's touching me. Her hands are so soft.
"Don't pay them any mind Neji," came her sweet voice.
"You don't have to worry about that," I cleared my throat. "Uh. Tenten. I would like it if you released me."
"Huh?" she looked at me and I was looking at our hands. "Oh," she let go and blushed. "Sorry."
"Tennie you left your phone," Sakura said handing it to Tenten.
"Thanks," she told her grabbing it then putting it in her clutch purse.
"So is Sasuke gonna be there?" Ino asked Sakura making her blush.
"Um. I don't know. He said he would come," she replied.
"What about Shikamaru?" Tenten asked glancing back at Ino.
Ino smiled naughtily. "Oh he's coming."
"So who's going to Kiba's party?"
"....I don't know. I don't care. His place smells like dog."
"Ino did you forget who Kiba was? Plus he has Akamaru."
"Oh.... yea."
Tenten's pov
It was so hot in the club but it wasn't that crowded and wasn't that dead. It was just right.
Neji was sitting over at the bar. He wasn't drinking though it looked like his eyes were set on Hinata. Then his eyes shot to where I was. I started to smile but he was glaring at me.
"Hey sexy. Wanna dance," came a husky voice from behind me.
I turned around taking my eyes off of Neji and I saw Sai looking cute smiling sexily at me.
"Sure," I smiled as he took my hand and pulled me to the dance floor.
"You look nice ," I said dancing up on him.
"Thx u. I can't even put how good u look in words."
I blushed and put a little more emotion into my dance.
"Uhm slow down Tenten. What are you trying to do to me," he grabbed my waist.
My blush deepened as I bit my bottom lip and smiled.
Neji's pov
I could see Tenten looking at me. I was watching her for some reason I didn't want anyone touching her. I saw Sai approaching her and if looks could kill Sai's heart would stop beating. Tenten stopped looking at me and turned around. They exchanged a couple words then were off to the dance floor. I wanted to rip his heart out myself. Tenten was dancing to close to him. Far to close and I didn't like it. Not one bit. Wait why was I concerned about Tenten's well being. Well she was my teammate I had every right to be concerned. My blood boiled wen I saw Tenten blushing and Sai hands around her waist. He was saying something to make her blush even more. Next thing you know I was up and walking towards them. I don't know what came over me. My glare was fixed on Sai as I got closer and closer.
"Tenten may I speak with you for a moment."
She looked up at me surprised and confused as she stopped dancing. "Uh....sure."
I grabbed her arm and pulled her away from Sai and outside. I never noticed how tight I was gripping her arm until I heard.
"Ow Neji. Your hurting me."
I let her arm go once we got outside. "I apologize for my behavior but you and Sai being together made me angry."
Tenten still looked confused as she stared at me.
I took a deep breath then leaned in to kiss her.
