"How about this one Ava?" I ask my sister, who already picked out her dress for the ball. She leaps up. "It's beautiful, sis! It's perfect!" I look at myself in the mirror. "This is the one!" I say smiling. "Let's pay and get our hair done!" I nod and we head to the register.

"Seven is the pick up time." I tell Ava. She nods. "I hope Niall will like my dress." I smile. "I think he will. "Hey!" calls a familar voice.
Uh oh. It's Avery. "Boyfriend stealer. Where are you going?" I shrugged. "To the ball with Louis, my boyfriend." Avery narrowed her eyes. "No you aren't. Not without a dress." I roll my eyes. "Avery, has it ever crossed your mind that maybe one of the other Direction boys may like you?" She pauses. "N-no." she answers looking at me. "Has anyone said anything?" I smile. "Well... Harry has mentioned he would totally go for you if you weren't so mean."
