Haley Confession

NikkiLovesOTH Okay... First off the Haley I fell in love with, The Haley that we saw in Season 1-6 would have NEVER EVER tried to kill herself. I mean come on! Haley was probably one of the most strongest people ever. She would NEVER slope that low, and she would especially NEVER think of taking her life when she had Jamie. I understand that people have low parts in their life's, and hard times. But we didn't even know that Haley was close to her mom. Why? Because they never told us. We saw her mom a couple times, but we weren't informed of how close she was too her. I mean if she was that close like Karen was to Lucas you think they would have made that relationship known through the series. The only reason why they made Haley have a breakdown is because they needed a story line, and I think they have ruined characters that not just me, but others have fallen in love with. The real Haley. The tutor girl, the one that was all about family, and sweet. She would never try to take her life. Haley would never be that selfish.

jemgrl323 I don't know how I feel about this... but just as a comment: you wrote " [i] The real Haley...the one that was all about family [/i] " If she was ALL about family and then part of her family falls apart and she loses her mother--- then that timing would make sense more than other timing to feel hopeless and lost. When you lose someone that's a big part of what you're "all about." That's when people change, lose hope, and lose the desire to live.

NikkiLovesOTH ^ I totally see your point. I get that losing a part of your family can make your feel hopeless, and I know that Haley isn't a perfect human being. But it's just the fact that they made this story line up. I seriously can't ever see the old Haley trying to kill herself.
