The big night finally arrived. Les and Jimmy were going to be doing their first gig in front of an audience. As they were preparing backstage, Jimmy asked, "Are you nervous, Les?" Les said, "Maybe a little." Jimmy said, "I'm sure you'll be fine. Don't worry about what your dad said, all right?" Les said, "All right." Meanwhile, a boy about their age was attempting to enter the club. He was very dreamy. A lot of girls liked him, but sometimes his young face made it hard for people to take him seriously. The security guard said, "You have to be eighteen to enter this club. Do you have an ID, son?" He reached into his pockets and said, "I thought I had it. I can promise you I'm eighteen." The security guard said, "You look awful young." Just then, another boy, who appeared to be older came to his rescue and said, "It's okay, sir. He's with me." He then showed his ID. The security guard let them in. The dreamy boy said, "Thanks. My names Charles, by the way." The other boy said, "I'm Felix. You're into rock and roll?" Charles said, "I sure am. I play guitar. Do you play any instruments?" Felix said, "I play bass." Soon, Les and Jimmy's show started. They put on a stunning performance. In between songs, Jimmy made some jokes. The audience laughed and cheered. After the performance was over, Charles said to Felix, "I think they could use another guitarist and a bassist." Felix nodded in agreement. Charles said, "I know! We should go talk to them." He then went to one of the club's employees and said, "Excuse me. Do you know where Les and Jimmy went?" The employee said, "They left to go for a walk on the beach. I'm sure if you go now, you can catch them." Charles and Felix went to the beach. Sure enough, Les and Jimmy were taking a walk, talking about their performance. Felix said, "Let's go talk to them."
Hi, everyone! Antonia here, and this might seem a bit premature, but my 20th birthday will be here before we know it. On March 1, I will be twenty. That's less than a month away.
I'll be honest. I'm not ready to be an adult. Starting March 1, I won't be a teenager anymore. I have less than a month as a teenager. I'll wake up on March 1, and I'll be an adult. I just don't feel ready. Of course, those who are already adults have told me that there's not much difference between nineteen and twenty. I mean, there's nothing I can do on March 1 that I can't do on February 28.
Feel free to send me a birthday message, wish me a Happy Birthday on my wall, or post a picture on my club on March 1. I'm not begging. It's up to you. You can do all of the above if you want. Again, I'm not begging. It's up to you. If you're already twenty or older, feel free to tell me what's it's like. Do you feel like an adult? If so, when did you start feeling like an adult?
