Why do Miss Bellum not show her face?

Either:

A) She is insecure about her face

B) She is ugly

C) SHE HAS NO FACE!

Those are some of the suggestions that may help...

Maybe they just decided not to make one???

Well in the real PPG, Ms.Bellum didn't show her face because:a) they didn't have room on the designing board or b) they didn't create a draft for Ms.Bellum.
