Today is school, apparently. I felt like sleeping in, but I don't want to be late for school. I just met up with Miyako and Momoko.
"I had fun yesterday. Thanks Kaoru!" Then she stopped and looked to her right. I turned my head to see Katsou and Minoru bringing Makoto. I had to pretend I didn't know who Makoto was so I didn't look suspicious.
"Hey, Kaoru, Miyako, and Momoko." Minoru shouted. "This is our brother, Makoto."
Momoko recognized him. "Aren't you that boy I saw at the movies?"
Makoto blushed. "I think so. Aren't that candy girl at the movies?"
"The one and only! Don't you think that the movie was the best?!" They were getting on my nerves. If only they knew that I was about to lose it. Then I sensed Katsou mind signaling me.
'What is it? Wait ,let me guess. It's because you can sense that they are getting on my nerves?'
'Well, that's part of it. But that's not the full reason. There's something else.'
'I think that the "well, that's part of it" made it pretty obvious, Katsou. What's the other reason?' I hope I didn't sound rude.
'After school today, meet me at the old house in the woods.'
