can some one help me kids are calling me names and sitting at me on the street and following me into shops making fun of me its gone tat bad i cant go out the door please help

What you do is whenever they call you that, say "Thanks for the compliment," and move on. It's that simple.

hon, stand up for yourself! don't let people push you around. and if they're mean, who cares what they think? tell someone. tell a parent or adult of some kind. get your parents to call their parents, or something like that.
don't listen to them either. if they are jerks, then what they say shouldn't matter to you. keep your head high :)
