Girls, what do you look for in a guy? And guys what do you look for in a girl?

I'm looking for a guy with a good head on his shoulders, that's of course good looking and charming, who knows how to make me laugh and can cheer me up when I'm down. A guy who'll love me despite all my imperfections, and will take up and defend me with everything he has no matter the costs.
Just as a bonus, I want him to be tall. 6'5" or taller would be nice....what about you? What are you looking for?
