Today is my 21st birthday and I am having a huge bash, will you respond to this question?

I think my boyfriend is going to propose tonight, should I say yes, or should I say no? He's really sweet, but, he can be a pushover, but, we have been dating for 2 years now, and I think I've fallen in love with him. . . . .
