Can you help me? Music and Singing question!

So I've posted about four videos of me singing on YouTube and people have commented saying that I can hold a tone, what does hold a tone mean? If you want to see them look up giraffecutie123 . If you do watch them can you comment telling me how I can improve? Thank you so so so so much!
