Help me!

This guy on fanpop keeps telling me what to do and im tired of it! Im not going to mention any usernames or his so im just gonna call him,Dane. Ok. It all started when I was making an animation that I said No TDI OCs in it but mine. and on meebo,he keeps telling me to put his character in it when I said no to him many times! he still wouldn't listen and he keeps saying "YOU BETTER ADD ME IN IT! ADD ME IN NOW!" I said no but he still contiues to bother me about it then he keeps saying Im a bitch cause I won't add him in. I told him no other characters but he still didn't listen! This guy has been reported like 10 times and his account he is using now hasn't been reported yet but Im sick and tired of being botherd!



What should I do? can you help me? plz? :'(
