Why are illegal drugs so expensive?

because it is illegal? you know people on't want to get caught? haha that question kinda answers itself :D

they're expensive because they're illegal and the dealers want a good price so if they get caught at least they got something out of and also they're exspensive because the police dont want you to have them

Because it's illegal and high risk to make and sell. The people who make it want to make the risk worth their while. Also most people who do drugs are addicted to they will pay exorbitant prices for it.

Because they are illegal so you can't find anywhere and when you do you have to pay a big price.

let's say you have something that could destroy lives and you didn't want any1 to get it but doing that was impossible seeing as though you can't be everywhere at once...wouldn't you make things harder for the person(s) who is/are trying to buy it?
Also I think that drugs that are more expensive are harder to make or use a higher quality of...w/e they put in them.

They really aren't. You just have to know where and who to get them from. I know from experience, i'm not proud of it (but don't regret it) I experienced things. Not anymore though.
