If you could prank call someone, who would it be and what would you say?

I'd prank some people I didn't like, and maybe a few of my teachers, :P With some, I'd be mean and maybe insult them, or pretend there was a fire at their house, and with others, just crack a joke or something like "Is your refrigerator running", :P
What about you guys?
